Why do I need a new WEEX account?
WEEX links a referral to an account only at sign-up. An account created without our link is invisible to us, so we cannot verify it or pay rewards on it.
Is my deposit safe?
Your money never leaves your own WEEX account. We only read your balance and volume through WEEX’s partner access — we cannot trade, move or withdraw anything.
How much do I need to deposit?
$100 or more, in any coin. It is your trading capital, not a fee — trade it or withdraw it as you like.
How do volume rewards work?
WEEX counts your trading volume across futures and spot for each calendar month, updated once a day. You are paid in USDT for the highest milestone you reach in a month — $3M volume pays $500, $10M pays $2,000, up to $5,000. On the 1st the count starts again, so you can earn again next month. Rewards are for every trader, not only the top of the leaderboard.
When does the month reset?
At 00:00 UTC+8 on the 1st of every month (05:30 IST) — the same moment WEEX closes its day. Reached a milestone last month but have not claimed it yet? It stays claimable for the first 7 days of the new month.
How do I claim a reward?
Verify your UID on this page. When a milestone shows Complete, tap Claim — it opens Telegram support with your UID and the reward already filled in. We check your volume with WEEX and send the USDT.
My UID was not found. What now?
Make sure the account was opened through our sign-up link. Brand-new accounts can take a few minutes to appear, so try again shortly. Still stuck? Message support and we will sort it out.
