Privacy Policy

We operate the TradingGain mobile application and tradinggain.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
This version adds sections covering the Community feature, photo uploads and exchange partner links.
We do not ask for and do not hold identity documents, wallet keys, exchange credentials or API keys. We never have access to your exchange account or your funds.
Please read this section carefully before you post.
The following are visible to every user of the app, and to anyone who receives a shared link or image:
Trade idea results are recorded automatically. When you post a trade idea with an entry, target and stop, our system checks market prices and records the outcome as a target hit or a stop out. That outcome appears on your public profile whether it was a win or a loss, and cannot be edited or hidden. This is deliberate: it is what makes the community's track records meaningful.
Other users can share your posts as an image outside the app. Once shared, we cannot control where that image goes.
Your bookmarks are the exception — saved ideas are private to your account and are never shown to anyone else.
When you attach an image to a post or set a profile photo, the app opens your device's photo picker so you can choose a file. We only ever receive the single image you select. We do not read, scan or index your photo library, and the app does not request permission to browse your gallery.
Before uploading, the image is resized on your device to reduce its size. It is then stored on Supabase Storage and served from a public URL, because the community feed needs to display it to other users.
Uploads are limited to JPEG, PNG and WebP images of up to 5 MB. Please do not upload anything you would not want to be public, and do not upload screenshots that show your exchange balance, account number, personal details or anyone else's information.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising inside the app.
Your account data, community content and uploaded images are stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your own private data is enforced at the database level, so one user cannot read or alter another user's private records.
Signal processing and trade idea scoring run on our own server, which reads market prices from public exchange APIs. That server never receives your personal information.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
TradingGain is not an exchange. You cannot place trades inside the app. We link to exchanges including BloFin, WEEX, MEXC and Binance so you can open an account and place trades yourself.
These are affiliate links. If you register through one of them, we may receive a commission from that exchange, at no additional cost to you. This is how the free parts of the app are supported.
When you tap one of these links you leave TradingGain. Anything you do on that exchange — registering, depositing, trading, providing identity documents — is governed by that exchange's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We never receive your exchange login, balance, API keys or trading activity. Any sign-up bonus is offered and administered by the exchange, and its conditions may change without notice to us.
PRO subscriptions purchased through the app are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase record confirming your plan and its expiry date. We never see or store your card details.
Where a subscription is paid in cryptocurrency, we record the transaction reference needed to activate your plan. We do not hold custody of any funds.

Each of these can be switched off individually in the app under Profile, then Notifications. You can also disable all notifications from your device settings. Community notifications are not sent between 11pm and 7am India Standard Time.
Every post has a report option. When you report a post, we record which post you reported and that it came from your account, so the same post cannot be reported repeatedly by one person. A post reported by several different users is hidden automatically while our team reviews it.
To protect users from fraud, the app automatically blocks posts, comments and profile text containing links, wallet addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, messaging handles and common scam phrases. This check runs on the content itself; we do not use it for any other purpose.
Accounts that repeatedly break our community guidelines may be removed from the Community. Your ability to receive signals and use the rest of the app is not affected unless the account itself is closed.
We may retain reported content and moderation records after removal where we need them to handle disputes or to comply with the law.
To exercise any of these, email support@tradinggain.io from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
You can request deletion of your account and your data by emailing support@tradinggain.io from your registered address.
On deletion we remove your account, profile, posts, comments, uploaded images, bookmarks, follows and paper trading records.
Two things may remain: content that other users have already shared or saved outside the app, which is beyond our control; and records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons, such as a subscription purchase receipt.
TradingGain provides trading signals, analysis and educational material for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is financial advice.
Community content is written by other users, not by us. Ideas posted in the Community are the personal views of the members who post them. We do not verify, endorse or take responsibility for them. A verified badge means an account is genuine — it is not a judgement of whether that trader's ideas are any good.
Cryptocurrency trading carries a high risk of loss. Past performance, including any track record shown in the app, does not predict future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and always do your own research.
TradingGain is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. For significant changes we will notify you inside the app.
